Gillian talks with Dr Jane Padmore - CEO of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Padmore is a real champion of mental health services in Sussex, bringing decades of nursing experience to her current role as Chief Executive at the Trust.
It wasn't always the most straightforward journey, however, and it was a pleasure for Gillian to hear Jane share her story and some of the lessons she's learned along the way.
