Chichester District residents can access a range of free online and telephone support from Chichester Wellbeing to improve their health and wellbeing over the festive season and throughout the year.
Chichester Wellbeing offers a range of services and support including: mental wellbeing, work life balance, healthy eating, exercise, menopause, smoking cessation, alcohol awareness, pre-diabetes, home energy and many more.
Adults living and/or working in Chichester district are able to work on a one-to-one basis with a specialist wellbeing advisor to make small changes to their lifestyle, in order to experience a big difference to their health and wellbeing. Through setting achievable and personalised goals, it is possible to make lasting, long-term changes. The information provided aims to support and motivate people to lead a healthy lifestyle which can also include helping people to access other local services which may benefit them.
