Gillian Keegan spoke at the skills commission reception; the Commission have been shining a light on the impact of the skills reforms on overlooked groups in the skills system.
Mrs Keegan said she enjoyed speaking at the reception and that she is looking forward to the release of their third report entitled ‘Apprenticeships and Social Mobility’ later this month
Gillian began her working life as an apprentice in a car factory and has championed high quality apprenticeships in Parliament, describing her own experience as her 'social-mobility ticket'
