I have now had a meeting with Jessie Norman MP and Jim O'Sullivan. I have also met with West Sussex County Council and Chichester District Council and following this meeting I have raised further questions with Highways England for clarification. Once I have these further details I will be in a position to tell you more and we ask for your continued support whilst we establish what options are available to us.
WSCC and Build a Better A27 community are due to meet later this month. Together we are committed to providing you with an update ahead of this meeting to enable us to all have a meaningful conversation on the way forward.
I will continue to give this matter my attention and do what I can to support the objective to secure a viable scheme that will improve the congestion residents face on a daily basis.
